	What we propose is : You continue to operate the same way under the same name. The only difference is - if accepted as an affiliate - you need to add “Members of London Diary Ltd and The Group of Clubs” on your website/marketing flyers and other promotional material. Your listing on search engines will come under London Diary Ltd as a member of our Group of Clubs.
	Once accepted as an affiliated member: (1) We will put procedures in place to insure that you are operating legally and professionally under UKA Professional Teachers code of conduct. (2) Your classes will be covered by London Diary Ltd personal Liability insurance cover until you arrange your own cover. See number (9). (3) You will be covered by London Diary Ltd data protection. When collecting contact details from students as a member of The Group of Clubs (4) We will look at health and safety in the work place in regards to your classes. (5) We will look at additional in house marketing options that could be incorporated into the venue where you operate. (6) We will increase your internet listings to insure potential customers can find you. You should be on the first page of at least 12 search engines and listed on at least 25 different web addresses. We will make this happen and list your class (es) online with all classes that come under the umbrella of London Diary Ltd. (7) We will arrange a dedicated page with images on the London Diary web site to promote your business. (8) We can provide table top distribution boxes to go into your class venue so potential clients can pick up marketing information dance class booklets to promote your business. (9) We can take group and or party bookings on your behalf for your venue/location. We will put into place a training programme that will have you or your teacher of your organization reach professional dance teacher status after an Exam by UKA examiner at no additional training costs (examination cost met by candidate). Personal Liability insurance will then be covered by the UKA once you have passed and you pay your annual UK Alliance of Professional Teachers of Dance membership subscription. (10) We can incorporate your class in our annual 120,000 circulation salsa class parties booklet (Distribution location). Inclusion in the booklet:- participants must agree to have Learn to Dance Salsa booklets displayed in participating location and give booklets out to their students. Note:- This is not an immediate  listing, as print run varies through the year. Payment is taken weekly by debit or credit card for a 52 week period from the start of our agreement. This will be subject to an automatic renewal when the period ends. (You need approximately three new students a week to cover this cost)
